Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options for your orders:

  • Ground Shipping: Typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

Certain products may require additional processing time before shipping. Please note:

  • Shipping timelines apply to business days only (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Not all items qualify for all shipping methods.
  • Free shipping promotions may apply to select categories or sitewide, but exclusions may apply.

Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method. In rare cases, additional shipping charges may apply (e.g., rural locations, multiple pallets, island deliveries). If additional fees are required, you will be notified before shipping.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • The contiguous 48 United States
  • Alaska and Hawaii (Additional shipping charges apply; promotions/discounts do not apply.)

We do offer local pickup or shipping outside of the United States

Missing, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Box of Rain is not responsible for missing, lost, or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and accurate.

Discreet Shipping (On Request)

We understand the importance of privacy for our customers. Upon request, we can ship your order in unmarked boxes without identifying labels. Pallet orders can be wrapped in black for added discretion.

Processing & Transit Times

  • Order Processing: Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on stock availability, order size, special handling, or special-order status.
  • Transit Times: Shipping transit times depend on the carrier, shipment size, and destination.

In some cases, orders may ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor to reduce costs and transit times. If an order ships from multiple locations, no additional shipping fees will be charged.
